4973056_1Jamie Minchew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University and a Juris Doctor Degree from New York Law School. She entered the private practice of law upon graduating law school and admission to the bar in 1987. Ms. Minchew is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association. She volunteers as an arbitrator in Small Claims Court. Ms. Minchew handles a variety of cases involving negligence and personal injury in the Courts throughout the States of New York and New Jersey. She presently handles cases for injured parties in all types of cases including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, fall down accidents, dog bites, product liability and medical and legal malpractice. She also represents injured parties pursuing Social Security and Worker’s Compensation Claims.
