Jamie Minchew

Jamie Minchew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. Afterward, she entered the private practice of law upon graduating law school and admission to the bar in 1987. Ms. Minchew is also admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

As a founding partner at Minchew & Santner, LLP, Jamie Minchew brings decades of litigation experience representing individuals and families through complex personal injury claims across Staten Island and the greater New York metropolitan area.

She is an active member of the Richmond County Bar Association and regularly volunteers as an arbitrator in Small Claims Court. Ms. Minchew handles a wide variety of serious personal injury matters in the state and federal courts throughout New York and New Jersey. She routinely represents clients in complex claims, including motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, trip and fall premises liability, dog bites, and medical malpractice. Additionally, Jamie Minchew represents injured workers pursuing Social Security Disability benefits and Worker’s Compensation claims.
